Industry leaders on «Top Grain 2010»

For the second time the International Congress «Top Grain», organized by Ukrainian agricultural consulting company «Dykun Global Consult» on the December, 7, 2010 in the SE «Ukrayinskyy Dim» (Kyiv), gathers more than 320 participants, interested in the crop production.

Among the participants were: 250 owners and managers from 183 leading agricultural enterprises of Ukraine, more than 50 — representatives of commercial companies, world and Ukrainian market leaders, the remaining members — representatives of financial institutions, embassies, news agencies!

Participants once again were convinced that the world needs agricultural Ukraine. And it seems that even weather will support Ukraine’s great potential in agriculture. However, nobody but us will work on the realization of this potential and protection of farmers’ rights to decide what to plant and where to sell the yield.

For the first time «Top Grain» was not only open but also an honest conversation of crop producers. Everybody understands that it is time to change something. And in the first place — in the mind. Crop production for the long time has been the strongest sector of the economy of Ukraine. But the problems in it grow year to year. Nobody can cut this knot alone, that is why it was nice to hear the calls from the audience to unite together and protect the interests of the farmers.
