J. Tatzber was a head of the agricultural enterprise, specialized in crop and pig production, for 32 years. In 2004, he handed down the enterprise to his son.
In 2005, together with his two other colleagues they embodied the idea of establishment of a consulting firm for agricultural enterprises. From 2004 to 2006, J. Tatzber worked as an independent consultant in the agrarian sector of Ukraine. In 2006, together with his son J. Tatzber started a consulting firm named «Agroconsulting GmbH». During the period of time from 1998 to 2000, the project «Informational technologies in agriculture» was successfully implemented by this firm with the help of 1,700 participants from Lower Austria.
The consultations of «Agrokonsalting GmbH» have been carried out successfully and the concepts of mechanisation and soil cultivation have been individually developed for such agricultural enterprises of Ukraine as:
